Channel Letters

One of the most common and visible types of signs. Channel letters use internal LED illumination to project light through the face or the back of the letter or logo. These signs can be made into almost any shape or size and are great for multi-tenant commercial spaces.

Reverse-lit Channel Letters

Reverse-lit channel letters, also knows as back-lit or halo-lit, are channel letters where the light is projected through the back of the letter versus through the face. The sign faces are painted aluminum while the backs are clear acrylic letting light trough. Since the light is reflected this method helps circumvent municipal lighting restrictions (Bainbridge Island & Gig Harbor).

Compound Channel Letters

Compound channel letters are a combination of front & reverse-lit channel letters. An advantage of this type of letter is the combination of light which allows for different colors. For example the Mattress Depot sign has yellow light coming from the sign faces and red light coming out the back creating an illuminated background.
